Thanks for help. I read also elsewhere in this forum that adding a “Priority” number to user roles will activate the “gear” icon so that users will be able to edit their profile. I did that, and it works!!!

Everything went completely wrong with 2.x upgrade. Regret to use this plugin and thinking seriously to uninstall it and use a different plugin!

Same here. If I am logged in to my site, member directory is not showing any members. But, when logged out I can see all of them!!!!!
