Thanks @jnashhawkins for your instruction. Since I have no any knowleadge about server, the terms like Nginx, proxy box, … sound somewhat difficult for me. I will search more informations about them.
The directory your subdomain points to is an empty directory so you’ll need to use the control panel there at your web host to point that subdomain at the webroot directory that WordPress is installed in.
You might need to ask your host about all this as it’s not a WordPress issue… there’s nothing in WordPress causing your problem here.
