I have also experienced this same problem after upgrading to WordPress 3.9.1 and EBS 4.3.0. My glyphicons were working before but now show up as different symbols. Has something changed in the latest version of the plugin that is keeping it from outputting the glyphicon class? Could I edit code in the plugin as a temporary fix until the next version is released? The shortcode in use has not changed, so it is either WordPress 3.9.1 or this plugin. Please help.
