I am referring to my Wordfence.com account only.I have tried again with fixed width tables without any merged cells, with header and without header. Please see the following example of a fixed width table without header. Even in this case the output is not fixed width –

Incidentally, I tried for tables without any merged cells and the issue remains the same.
Fine @htmgarcia. But now that you have noted the issue, would you work on resolving this issue?
I think it is fair to expect that in case the plugin provides for merged cells with fixed headers, it would work as expected.

First two screenshots are for variable width and the next two screenshots are for fixed width
Tried it with two other themes – result is the same.

I agree that it is a wordpress block editor limitation. Hope the community can endorse this requirement so that such a functionality can be part of the Block Editor itself.
