i am having the same issue.
coupons are enabled
and i also reset and re-enabled automations and forms
coupon is set up as “new” in the form
code still comes out as
XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX
i am also not getting a confirmation email for double-opt in
despite having it selected and sending via mailpoet service
it sends directly the welcome mail that contains the code placeholder
but it is not beeing generated
Willing to upgrade but i need this to work.
can you give any troubleshooting hints ( other than randomly disabling plugins?)
i deactivated jet packs newsletter feature
code still XXX
i have ninja forms still activated…
all plugins up to date
