Can you help me add spacing above the send button. It currently sits very close to the input filed above.
I alos want to make the button full width of the form fields if possible

I reinstalled the plugin and its working again.
after digging further, it seems the issue is related to licensing. I have an active license, but all forms are saying PRO version required
