    Thanks for the quick response, but I see no reference to Vector icons in the Settings. I did change Icon size to Large from Small, but the standalone buttons all disappeared. Same for Custom.

    EDIT: I disabled Ghostery, so now I see the large buttons. But they had no impact on GTMETRIX, and I am not even sure this is what you meant for me to do!

    Thanks. Everything else disabled (except Jetpack – would not deactivate) … Browser cache cleared … Still defaults to mobile setting on desktop, and ipad will NOT click over to desktop.

    I noticed this notification in Core settings: Extra configuration is required. The plugin must be configured to exclude the user agents that WPtouch Pro uses.

    But I already have these Custom User Agents Listed (quite a few!):

    Back to Square 1 as of today. This unreliable plugin is more trouble than it’s worth – now deactivated.

    Thank you … seems to work on Nexus, at least; don’t have iphone with me, alas. Would be weird if the issue was a separate line for each user agent. Alas, also, disabling browser cache cuts my gtmetrix page speed to 34% from 100% …

    Thanks. I made sure all the user agents matched up in WPTouch and W3. All caching methords enabled – page, minify, database, object, browser. NOT CDN, though I did add the user agents to the relevant box anyway.

    Cleared all caches – now it’s worse! home page on iphone gives a mobile setting menu at the top, but it does not drop down or do anything.
