I, as a very new newbie, had the same Woocommerce ‘page not found’ error on products, etc. I can’t begin to tell you how utterly frustrating THAT was. Thanks for your resolution. I may live to see yet another fine day. 🙂
I have found that after an extended editing session today, I had closed (not logged out) a lot of browser tabs. I was using Firefox, but don’t think it’s a browser issue.
Seems that closing versus logging out keeps you logged in (no kidding, huh?!).
So I opened a new tab and logged in to my site, logged out, and Voila! I “closed” any other tabs I had open at my site and was able to navigate to my web site like normal – just like a typical web surfing user (not in edit mode).
