I have the same problem.
The (non helpfull) AI helper keeps telling me to check a non existing box in a non existing section…

It tells you to follow these steps:

1. Head to https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase.
2. Scroll down to the Obtain a non-commercial Stats plan section.
3. Check all boxes.
4. Click Reverify to initiate the on-demand commercial reclassification process.
5. You will see a message indicating, “We are verifying your site. Please come back later…”

But if follow the link there is no “Obtain a non commercial Stats plan section” or boxes to check, only a big button to upgrade the plan and to pay.

I hope someone has a solution!
