1. When I disable the plug-in, I can see [comment-guestbook] and when I enable it, the short code is no longer there but the guestbook page is blank.
2. I have added additional text before and after the short code and all of it is visible (regardless of whether it was before or after).
3. I have not change anything in the settings initially (the type is still “default”); however I tried to change it to twentyeleven and simplecatch (the theme I am using) and nothing is happening.
I don’t know if this is helpful but the word “Guestbook” on the page is hyperlinked; however, when I try to click on it, it does not do anything.
