In reply to: Broken linksyes…sir! Well, I hope you got something out of this. I sure did. I got my Plugin feature restored (Super Admin) / reset, which I’m familiar with. And, even though I don’t know much/anything about PHP and how it plays…I got to play with cPanel within my Siteground profile dashboard area. Had it not been for you, I’m not sure I would have pursued the Plugin piece. The more you know, the more you grow. Thanks for hanging out with me and providing some direction here! Much appreciated…

You should have no trouble updating the database as prompted. This is often a result of a recent WordPress update and if you have not logged in in some time, the dashboard will prompt you to update the database. As for the broken links, they opened with a php error that was resolved by changing the php version to 5.6. It seems that the plugins used to create these pages are outdated and only work with older php versions. That is no problem as the php version on our servers can be changed with only a few clicks:

Posted On 3 Jan, 2020 13:58 CSTThis is a multisite application and only the super admin has access to the plugins and themes. I had to reset the user roles and add detfree23 as super admin. Now you can navigate to My Sites -> Network Admin -> Plugins in order to manage the plugins of the multisite.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please contact us again by posting a new ticket.

In reply to: Broken linksHey James. I appear to have administrator access. In Users it says I’m Administrator and Keymaster. I can see the other admin’s access with the ability to remove them if I choose. Personally I would love to have the Plugins options back and currently researching how I can get that to re-appear. From the fatal errors of these pages, do you suggest this is a Theme issue and if so I need to direct my attention to ThinkUpThemes? I’ll keep you updated on my progress. I can engage Siteground (hosting company) perhaps with respect to the WordPress and see what they can share about the Plugin option not being there.

In reply to: Broken linksHey James! Thanks for responding! I was hoping to perhaps turn off and back on again the potential plugin as I’ve regularly done that with other plugins with another site, but I can’t say it’s a plugin, but rather Theme called Renden Pro. The previous admin, instead of going with the Word Press theme Twenty Seventeen, chose to purchase this Renden (Pro) Theme. I don’t even have a “Plugin” option off to the left side of the Word Press dashboard area. This Word Press version 5.3.2 didn’t have Plugin installed or as a part of the install. I’m unsure. I’ve gone in to edit the pages in question and I see that things have been built on the page. I can’t tell what each section is until I edit that section. Then I can see some writings and fonts and such. I can go to Appearance and over to Themes which shows two offered themes as mentioned above. I can go to ‘customize’ on the active Renden Pro theme, but I’ve not located any option to start and stop (if you will). Other ideas here?
