Someone at CenturyLink was finally able to give me the information to backup the wordpress via ftp and gave me information on migrating the domain to hostway. The website will be purged (which is more than acceptable) and i will have the ability to reimport it. What advice should I be given for reimporting the website, making sure it can still use wordpress.org and connects, and making sure that the subdomain info is taken out beforehand.
