I have checked on your screenshots and I realized that you are using Visual Composer’s widget. I wonder whether you set up Visual Composer or not because Visual Sidebar Editor is recommended to be the best suit with Visual Composer Builder plugin. If you are using it please send us Visual Sidebar Editor plugin, we will set up on DW Q&A demo and further check.

The images in the plugin introduction are screenshots from our site, which have been customized in page, header, sidebar and style. when you install DW Q&A, we cannot provide the theme because it is our private product, so you cannot see all style and layout as in introduction image.
If you want to, you need to customize your theme. Please create a new page template for Question page, the plugins will be self-compatible with your theme.

1. If you want to approve guest comments, please go to Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission and click at Anonymous.
Another way is creating a new folder named dwqa-template in the theme folder (wp-content/themes/your-theme) then create a file question-submit-form.php then copy code at the follow link:

We’re afraid that spam is something that cannot be properly solved because as you can see, a lot of comments on wordpress.org are spam.
However, to minimize this situation, please turn on the captcha on the Settings of DW Q&A, it helps.

If you are the administrator of your site, you can view your question page on the front-end and click edit page button on the top in the WordPress admin bar (It’s black bar). And in the Dashboard > Pages > Question then edit page or click Quick edit button link under the page title.
