This has been resolved with adding in our own custom shortcode and creating a session within functions.php file.
I kinda created a work around for this by making a custom plugin and dumping this code in there.

Hi, I did that, but it doesn’t display the file name within the email, it just shows [your-file] and nothing else.

In reply to: Media Library No media attachments found. Windows IIS 7this is also odd, I changed “Show on screen” to 10 instead of 20 and when I go to the 2nd page of pagination images show up, but not on the first page.
