It was indeed the theme, thanks again for the help.
I guess it’s time to find a new theme now.
Looks like I’m going to have to just drop that theme and find a new one. Sad… so many hours upon hours put into customizing it. Getting so fed up with wordpress, maybe I’ll start from scratch in html.

Thank you so much, that helped instantly found the plugin causing the problem. My wp-ratings has been acting up anyways. Keep getting a “cannot verify” error.
