The checkbox, etc does seem like overkill, I agree. I might play around with it when I have time. I’ve wanted to do some WordPress stuff, but never gotten around to it.

I think my preference would just be publish. I wonder how hard it would be to have a checkbox for “Yo on update” or a pop-up asking? It also sends a Yo when the post is marked Private, but I think you can check that in the transition also?

I did notice something else, not sure if you want me to open a different topic or not: When I preview a post, it sends out a YO each time I preview, instead of just when the post it published.
