Hello,
Thank you for fixing the previous issue. I updated the plugin and the Email, Phone, and Select fields are now displaying correctly on the front end.
However, I’ve found another issue with the WhatsApp connection.
I configured the WhatsApp number correctly, including the country code and area code. When I use the Test option from the WordPress backend, the WhatsApp link works correctly and opens the conversation as expected.
However, when I test the form from the front end, after filling in the fields and clicking “Send Message”, instead of opening WhatsApp, it redirects to an error page.
The generated URL looks like this:
Could you please check whether this is another plugin issue, or if there is something I need to configure differently?
The important point is that the backend test works correctly, but the WhatsApp link generated after submitting the form on the front end does not.
Thank you again for fixing the previous issue!
Good afternoon,
I’m following up on my previous message regarding the Single Course Layout: CLASSIC in LearnPress 4.2.9, which no longer opens links in a new tab (_blank).
Could you please let me know if there’s any update on this?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
DelphineGood afternoon,
After the latest LearnPress Plugin update to version 4.2.9, the Single Course Layout: CLASSIC stopped opening as _blank, as it was before.
Could you please check if this functionality was implemented correctly in the new version?Thank you.
Delphine
Hello,
I downloaded the ZIP file you sent me and tested it on two different sites using the same theme — in one it was working, but in the other it wasn’t.
I found out that in LearnPress, when using the Single Course Layout: CLASSIC, the external link with target_blankdoes not work. However, when I switch to the MODERN layout, it works fine.
I am currently using the CLASSIC layout, so I would like to know if it would be possible to enable the external link target_blankin this layout as well.Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
DelphineI chose to follow the solution of removing the Portuguese translation files:
Via FTP or File Manager:
– Navigate to/wp-content/languages/plugins/
– Delete the following files:
–all-in-one-wp-migration-pt_BR.mo
–all-in-one-wp-migration-pt_BR.poHowever, to make it work, I also had to delete the file:
–all-in-one-wp-migration-pt_BR.l10n.phpSo here’s a tip for anyone facing the same issue.
Thank you.
Thank you for your response. 🙂
I would like to know if you have an estimated time for the plugin fix, because I have several websites running in Portuguese (pt-BR), and it would be a lot of work to deactivate the plugin and change the language while waiting for the fix.
