Good news!
An extremely helpful person from BlueHost removed the plugin from my cPanel File Manager. Now I know how to do that if it happens again.

Thank you for the advice, Johnny. It’s at least good to know that I’m not the only one.
I do have a travel blog with a year of precious posts and photos already in my wordpress database, unfortunately. But I DID make a backup of everything before I started, so I’m guessing that reconfiguring my domain will be time consuming, yet totally possible.
I think I’ll probably wait til morning to see if any web geniuses have further advice or ideas before I act – but if I hear nothing else, I’m happy to have a direction in which to take now!
