It’s since no longer been a problem after restoring a backup of my site from a while ago, but I still have no idea what caused it and why. Together with that, all of my shipping zones were also removed somehow, and all orders didn’t show any products anymore but those issues have been reverted as well. I’ll paste the log here anyway, in case there might be some issue to be found.
