Seems to be resolved.

The problem seemed to be caused by an incorrect path to an unused CSS, which I kept including, however, and which thus failed to chain and kept retrying.

@jules-colle @darrylr Yes, it is a conflict with the plugin Smart Grid-Layout Design for Contact Form 7. I tried to test it.
