I’m the other user. Suddenly the All in One SEO Pack options are missing from the post page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Could this be related to the latest version of WordPress? (I’m using 4.9.6.) Thanks.

Why conclude this is not a bug and refuse to investigate further? Rather than encourage me to purchase the paid version, this lack of responsiveness makes me wary.
I’d be grateful if someone would at least be sure this isn’t a bug introduced into the latest version. Thank you.
