I went in with your setting and had to reverify the weight and dimensions and on the variable it wasn’t set. so entered it in and everything showed up fine.
I have 2lbs 2x2x1 as weight and dimensions. I just checked in Canada and that doesn’t even work for me either.

but i do have my zip code origin and only set up the envelopes for the shipping in the Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International sections
Hey Jeff yes the store currency is USD and I’m based in the US so international for me is everywhere else other then the US.
