Hi @russclem Im afraid you are using wrong plugin for your
use case
– Giftable cant think/work like that in any way, so I think custom or other solution would suit your needs more than editing this plugin.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] Can a maximum quantity option be added@rickbase1 if your Gift categories have unique gifts then its possible to have that feature if you are using condition: Items (min and max) and Number of gifts allowed 1 for both categories (cheap and expensive).
We dont support category stacking over each other with the same gifts, as for our plugin max a quantity for every gift will be max. 1
– Detailed explanation for category stackingHi @michael74 when we created a plugin, we never planned it to be
Buy one, Get onetype of a plugin, so only way tostack categoriesover each other is that every category has unique gifts/products – even then I think it will not suit your needs.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] Shipping cost added on virtual product@contremaitre @andrewjohnjacques there are various shipping plugins, and some of them have
excludeoptions where you canexclude products from shipping.– We will investigate this with normal (default) shipping options, and will see what to do, to include changes to
Giftableor to shareCode snipped to exclude items*we dont have ETA

In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] “Number of gifts allowed” is not workingThats stacking/overlapping and we dont support that, as gift categories gets overlaped thats the issue and you are sharing your gifts with different categories.
– Only way to make it work like you want is to have Unique gifts for every Gift category.*shop should be a simple thing, there is a good reason amazon, ebay etc shops dont complicate things
**have in mind people can re-order things from order history, so using products as gifts will give users the ability to re-order it with a gift if you don’t limit its quantity or if you don’t change the product ID

In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] “Number of gifts allowed” is not workingHi @kalanya I think the issue is: You cant add ProductX multiple times in the same order (every gift must be unique) no quantity on them, so you must have 10 gifts to give and you should not have overlapping Gift categories.
– Check do you have multiple categories
– Check that you have 10 different giftsForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] Shipping cost added on virtual producthi @contremaitre did you try to put price for your gift zero (0)?
– subscription isnt default WooCommerce thing, thats another plugin.
– If I put onlyMagazine N°27 (Numérique)into cart there is no shipping, so could be something with Virtual + Gift mix.You can try:
1. Conditional Shipping plugin
or to
2. Exclude your product from shipping with code
