In reply to: [Giftable for WooCommerce] Free Gift not working for multi-currency siteHi @oliverspence, we didnt use or test that plugin (WC Ultimate Multi Currency), from our FAQ you can see that we support WPML or Aelia currency switcher.
– Also have in mind: Every gift must be unique (you cant gift 2 times (one item) in the same order), and our plugin isnt replacement for BOGO (buy one get one) plugins.

1. You must have minimum 1 product in cart to use “gift”
– so you cant have just 1 item that should be giftable (could this be the issue) ?
2. If its not LIVE website, you can share URL with us support [at] decom.ba
– we will try to help, as much as we canI did small test, I added custom Shipping for that product (its Product and Gift also), with shipping 0, like you can see Screenshot

1. First of what kind of multi currency are we talking ?
– What plugin (as we dont support all plugins) ?
2.Everything must be translated (we support WPML),
– everything: categories, gifts, products…

– Looks like somebody is trying to skip CART page (inside CART page is CHECKOUT html/content?)
– Giftable doesnt support checkout page , it will show itself only on CART page and will work only on Cart page– Your theme is missing CART template is missing (Screenshot)
– Please fix your theme, and use a normal CART template (with custom styling) that is using AJAX, and our plugin will work without issues, Thanks.

– screenshot of status– Please do a clean install, then check your theme with DEFAULT PAGES (Cart, Checkout, Account…) from what we can see – somebody is doing it in WRONG way (you don’t need to copy ALL files from WooCommerce plugin, you need to copy only files you will be editing to your theme folder.
– You need to have latest files from WooCommerce templates – not just to edit @version in the header of a file

@gmakor, just to check some parts:
1. You cart must use AJAX (no page reloading on cart page)
2. Fix other conflicts (try without parcel/dhl plugin)
3. try with different theme, StoreFront ?
