When I change General Settings to Page Cache Method – disk:basic the error disappears. But this seems to slow the site down.
Any advice gratefully received.

No we have never blocked the US. The settings we had worked fine until now. We had problems in the past with brute force attacks from China and Morroco and your plugin has done a great job in preventing this. But now I’m unsure what to do..
Ah…. I checked. No there are no search engines allowed on the search engines tab. Do you think this is what caused the problem? I’m nervous to re activate the plugin as we live by our google ranking. Waiting your advice. Thanks so much for your prompt reply.
