I’m actually using WPBaker or Gutenburgh or whatever it’s called haha.
I did see a chat window option and a chat button option? Is it the chat window? Because I tried that and nothing happens it just seemed to mess up my theme stylesheet.
But no embedded chat appeared

PS. I fixed mine by changing permalinks type to “post name” as I thought fixed the contact issue as well 🙂
Thanks but im not trying a reinstall, rather a second install on the same host. So I cannot drop the existing db. Also when installing I already tried a different table prefix? When installing im prompted to use a different table prefix which I would imagine is already inserted into the new wp-config.
Any more ideas?
but same hosting and domain as previous install
