I did create the new admin user within WordPress, while WordFence was active. So this can not be the reason why WF is giving me this warning.
My main problem is, that I can not waive this warning. Even if I do, the next scan will again prodcue this warning, which is quiet brothersome.
So how can I add the information to WF that this new admin user was created correctly?

Ok, found the culprit. Was a bug in our own plugin, which caused a failure in the data table CDN. So, uhh nevermind 😉
Problem has been solved. Was a maleware attack to our website. The culprit set htaccess files that blocked the regular php files. After restoring a backup everything works again.
