It’s on all of the comments actually. The crazy thing is that the Admin/Settings/Discussion area is set to allow comments.

I am able to fix it by going into the individual discussion sections in the articles though. The problem is that I have to do it to each article individually and there are a lot of them.

I think that this might have happened with an upgrade. I wish that there was an over all fix that didn’t rely on me going through every article one at a time
