Unfortunately I tried 2.1.1 and was still getting the errors. I think it slows down posting quite a lot too, I kept getting timeouts. I’ve disabled the error logging for both now and will continue testing like this.
I’m also seeing this with my upgrade from 2.8.1 to 2.8.2
Can login as an admin, see the initial dashboard and then it disappears and is just a blank white screen that looks to still be loading.
Strangely I can get to specific pages, like my site stats, but going to the dashboard brings up the blank screen.
I tried disabling all plugins, no joy. Is there a log file that WordPress creates that I can study?

I also have this problem. I upgraded from the old version of WordPress and then used WP 2.5s new feature of automatically upgrading plugins and now when I write posts and start typing in a tag name it doesn’t pop up a a list of tags I’ve previously used.
