    Hi there,

    David here.

First, let me apologize for this late reply. As for the optimization I have now checked and everything seems to be working properly with the feature. Furthermore, we haven’t had any complaints recently from other users.

What I can suggest you try, if you haven’t already, is to reinstall the Worker plugin from the wp-admin dashboard, clear any website cache, and sync the website on the ManageWP. Then try again to optimize the feature and hopefully everything will go smoothly on your end.

If the issue persists I recommend you open a support ticket at helpdesk@managewp.com and one of my colleagues, or maybe even me, will take a closer look?

    Kind regards.

    Hi there,

David here. Sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately, public API is not available. We’ve been wanting to release it for quite some time, but it got postponed several times because we were never truly satisfied with it.
Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA on when something like this might become available.

I am sorry I was not able to assist you further on this matter but feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,`

    Hi there,

The cloner_error_log is created when our backups/clone/restore tools are running on your website. It should be automatically removed after the task has been completed. Now, we had a couple of reports where it wasn’t removed automatically and our developers are looking into this behavior.

    Kind regards.

    Hey again,

Again sorry for the delay in our response. We had to confirm something with the team and finally have found a way how to make the Worker compatible with PHP 8.1. Therefore, we have released the new version of the Worker plugin that ensures compatibility with the PHP 8.1 version.

    Kindly.

    Hi there,

Thanks for bringing this up to us, and also apologies for the late reply. We are aware of the Worker plugin not being compatible with the PHP 8.1 and the team is looking into ways of resolving this as we speak. We expect the compatibility fix to be applied in the upcoming period.

    Kind regards.

    Hello Eli,

    David here.

I got in touch with one of our developers and he was wondering with what plugin is the issue occurring?
You mentioned “my plugin” in your initial message, to what plugin are you referring to if it’s not too much trouble?
Because he says that, the function of the Worker only reacts if the request has support_mwp_message in it, which is meant for us.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Hello there,

    This is David from ManageWP.

The closest option to this would be our collaborator tool which allows you to add a collaborator to your ManageWP account with a certain type of access that you can have set. For more information on this, I recommend taking a look at the following article – https://managewp.com/guide/clients/wordpress-collaborate-tool

    Kind regards.

There is a command that can reveal the Worker plugin if you are having trouble finding it, you can type the following code when located in the wp-admin plugins list after plugins.php:
    ?showWorker=1

Let me know if you succeeded.

    Hello @josephesposo,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The connection key is located in the Worker plugin description, log in to the website backend (wp-admin) and go to the installed plugin list, find the Worker plugin, and there you will find the Connection management option. Upon clicking on it the connection key will appear in a pop-up window.

However, in order to get the bigger picture and to be able to assist you appropriately could you please open up a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@managewp.com with all the needed details?

    Kind regards.
