First can you please make sure Disable Honeypot Test Widget is set to NO from General Settings tab ?
Also, to make sure our js files are loaded, please clear the cache of your cache plugin if you are using one.

As of now we don’t have any option to change the time format code or via functions.php.
But i think in later update we can use the same time format as per your Genaral Settings in your to show the date and time.

Our website is also using the Divi Form here https://dineshkarki.com.np/contact and the latest update has been able to block the spam as expected. Just to make sure the latest javascript is loaded, if you are using cache plugin can you please clears its cache.
Also, in those submission do you see the honeypot fields being submitted ?

Also our plugin doesn’t block any google fonts even when it is activated. I have sure there might be some other plugins or settings your theme that has disabled the google fonts.
