Hi,
Please update to 1.9.1 and this should fix the issue.
Thanks
Our plugin and most of the plugin that uses ajax uses this file from wp-admin
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Thanks
Hi,
So far after getting few of the login details of users having this problem, we found these common issue.
1. Mostly it was cache issue. Cache not being cleared properly. Either use of multiple cache plugin. In such cases had to clear the cache of Cache plugin’s setting page.
2. Having JavaScript error in the page that was blocking our script to run.Still if you are having the issue, i suggest you to write to us from https://dineshkarki.com.np/contact
Thanks
@siaica ,
It is not a good idea to currently have httpasswd protection for your wp-admin folder. As wordpress uses admin-ajax.php for Ajax calls and it resides inside wp-admin folder.
Here is details page from Wordfence regarding this https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2014/05/please-stop-password-protecting-your-wp-admin-folder-because-it-breaks-public-ajax-for-wordpress/
Thanks
