If it is working well even with demo version, i don’t think you need to change it. However, you can change it.
Be sure to clear the cache if you are using any cache plugin.

1. Either our system couldn’t convert the font, so any chance you can try other format of the font file ?
2. Some plugin might have caused js conflict, any chance you can deactivate other plugins and see if that helps ?

May be some other plugins or your theme file that might support extra css. Or may be from additional css from customizer. Can you please check these ?

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://shop.hana.nz/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ‘http://db.onlinewebfonts.com/t/07bc241768c969f6b6a27a7bf0dfb490.woff2’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Can you please make sure these things ?
1. If you are using SSL, please make sure your SSL is setup properly. (You may use Really Simple SSL like plugin for it.)
2. If you are using cache, minify or CDN plugin, please set Use Absolute Path to Yes from our plugin’s settings Tab.
3. Clear the cache of your minify or cache plugin.Hope this helps.
