Ok i´ve got some help now from the theme author. Now i can use the media description on the lighbox picture. Now i only have to solve the problem that the shortcode is not converting to html
Hello kristarella, i´ve tried to use teh shortcode in the caption because the caption will be displayed in the lightbox but the template not converting the shortcode.

I want to see the Exifography shortcode data in the buttom left of the lightbox
