I ran the script on the off chance it would help but I still have the same problem.

I installed 2.1 with the instructions provided on the wordpress website. Not through plesk.
I tried upgrading 1.5 and that didn’t work so I just removed everything and reinstalled from scratch. Deleted the database too.
