Just to clarify, are you aware that there is a built-in text editor with your WordPress install? For instance, when you create a new “page” it will open up the built-in text editor. You can select from either the “visual” or “text” options in the editor – you’ll see these two buttons to the top right. You can do a lot of text editing with this built-in editor.

Have you looked into using Yoast? It’s a plugin specifically designed for search engine optimization in WordPress, and it lets you override and set specific title tags and such. Here’s the link:

It looks like this theme is built to use a pagebuilder – or at least they may be how the site was originally built out. One the theme info page this info is included:
“The Vantage Custom Home Page uses SiteOrigins drag and drop Pagebuilder. If you have not yet installed this plugin do so by clicking on the big green “Install Page Builder” button.”

Have you looked into woocommerce? There are numerous themes built to interface with woocommerce. Here is a link to a page of woocommerce thems:
https://www.woothemes.com/product-category/themes/woocommerce/With the themes available you could get pretty close to what you’re looking for. But depending on the specificity you’re looking for, you may need some added customization does as well.
