Thanks for your reply. The Auto Cancel / Refund feature was set to not cancel orders by default but the orders were being cancelled. Then I set it on ‘Do not have seller protection’, but the same thing happened…orders are being refunded.
Will try again with ‘Do not cancel orders’ and let you know how it goes.

Will it work faster if I enable the ‘Increase speed by disabling do_action calls in wp_insert_post during import’?

I mean, with this feature enabled, will the images still be sent to Amazon S3 during the products upload process?

Also, when I check the ‘Manage Imports’ page and I usually see that the last activity of the WP All Import Plugin was 20-30 minutes ago. So, it looks like it takes a 20-30 minutes break after doing each iteration (which, by the way, is set to process 20 records in a row)
