Thank you for taking a look at this. I don’t remember the details for the older Link payment method auto activations, but this last one was very recent. I am positive we had Link turned off when it upgraded from either version 10.8.2 or 10.8.3 (I had turned off Link on 6/22/26 after it had become active again) to 10.8.4.
I checked the stripe dashboard and did see Link turned on there for the woocommerce integration (I thought I had disabled it there in the past too) and I disabled it. I will monitor this place too.
