I’ve installed the latest version on a wordpress site running the latest version of wordpress, I am an admin and seeing no ‘live chat’ menu appear. Had to remove the plugin, as it appears on the customer facing site, but I have no way to administer it.
I have several sites – all but one upgraded easily. However UK Seasonal Shop blew up on me.
Resolved by FTP’ing, removing the WPeMatico plugin and trying again. Once in I upgraded the WPeMatico plugin to the latest version and all is OK again.
Guess I ought to upgrade the plugins BEFORE upgrading WordPress in future!
