I’m guessing this incorrect IP address—70.39.___.__—dougbrittonbooks.com is showing in the log is from our host, InMotion?

I’ve tried logging in from another location/home (completely different IP address), and I’ve also tried turning on the VPN on my computer—which generates a different IP address each time—but nothing is logged.Yep; and it logs it whenever I do, but still no data from any other IP addresses.
Should I try resetting the settings back to their defaults? Or would it help to completely remove the plugin and its data (how would I do that)?
Yes, but everything that is logged is from our own whitelisted IP address—no other IPs.

We entered a description for each of our coupons and it already displays the name of the coupon in the cart total like we want.We were hoping to have this boxed message that says “Discount applied: [coupon name]” on each individual product page, along with the cart and checkout page…so that it doesn’t only show up once (basically, we want customers to see a permanent message that their coupon was automatically applied, instead of it showing up once and then disappearing).
