In my admin section it looks different from your screenshot #3 (https://snipboard.io/tcOe9a.jpg).
On your screen you have a “rouded square” with the text “Sale1” in it. That is how it used to look for me as well in the earlier version of WooCommerce.
For me I see a old-fashioned selectbox for the values. Each value is one row, not a rounded square. Only the values I had already added before the upgrade are in the selectbox and I cannot add an existing one from the wp-admin > Products > Attributes screen. So I don’t see the “rounded squares” anymore.
Also: if I select the select box, all rows appear highlighted. If I click “Select none” they are all unselected, but if I click “Select all” after that, nothing happens.
This is strange…
Is there a bug? Something wrong in my particular system?
The way you explained it and the screen shots is how it used to work for me in the earlier version. Thanks again for taking the time to answer!
