    I am just using the Hugh IT Lightbox Gallery in free version.

    It seems that the plugin does not create thumbs in preview ( like Nextgen does ), but only scales down the original images.

    In result, if you have a gallery of 50 pics with 300 kb, it takes its time to load all the pics in original size and you see the pics loading by and by, which you dont have, if they are real thumbs with very low size.

    I am close to buy the plugin, but only downscaling in preview is not acceptable. So, can anyone tell me, if my impression is right.

    If yes, iw there and option to create thumbs or is this an option of commercical version ?

    Problem fixcd !

    The WooCommerce German plugin does – as I know now – only contain the text and not the WooCommerce plugin software itself.

    So, I simply did not get in mind that the WooCommerce german ist just an additional plugin and is not a “complete installation”.
    Wherefrom should I know ?

    So, maybe an additional text on the plugin page would help to avoid such a misunderstanding, which did cost my some hours until I figured our the reason.

    Hi Tobias,

    just for me to know: where is the place, the zipping software is installed usually ?
    On the server, in WP, in the plugin ?

    I ask because I meanwhile had a similar error with an export from another plugin and would like to find out where the bug really is.

    Schön, dass Du antwortest.

    Well, the ZIP file was corrupted indeed for reasons, I do not know.
    Because, it did not work on my PC as well.

    I could reapair the file with ZIP repair tool and then the import worked in a minute and fine.

    So, I dont know where and how the files are zipped, so you should know better, where the reason for the issue might be.

    Anyway, my case is, happily, closed.

    Dear Takayuki,

    thanks, the FAQ solved my problem.

    Additionally, as a starter with the plugin I can say:

    I read the FAQs before, but I did not recognize that this question concern my problem.
    Maybe it would help other starters like me, if you say the most essential in a nutshell in the plugin itself or on top of FAQ:

    1. If you add a tag in the form, you MUST add a corresponding tag to the email form !

    2. What are corresponding tags ? Examples for corresponding tags.
