Actualmente no tenemos disponible esta funcionalidad, si bien está contemplada y la afrontaremos próximamente.
Dicho esto, te dejo un enlace a nuestro blog donde explicamos como usar la app Whatsapp Business con la que si podrás establecer tus horarios comerciales y mensajes personalizados en caso de ausencia.

Cuando hablamos de chat nos referimos a la ventana que contiene el CTA y emula el chat de WhatsApp. El retardo de chat es para definir el tiempo que tardaría en aparecer dicha ventana con el CTA. Ocultar el chat lo que hace es mostrar una notificación para que el usuario sepa que hay un mensaje (el CTA) y no mostrarlo de entrada, es un modo menos intrusivo. A ver si lo he explicado bien 😅 Cualquier duda o consulta ya sabes. Un placer ayudar.
