Oh, another thing: this problem was NOT affecting another WordPress account that I administer, so I had the administrator for http://eptc-tcep.net/ transfer the website to the working account. The website is now listed among the other sites I administer, but I still can’t see the pages for this website.
Just to be clear–the problem isn’t viewing the website on the web; the problem is signing onto my account and not being able to see the website at all.
