Thank you so much for the suggestions to fix my problem. I followed all of those suggestions (removed special characters from the body of my email and changed the Database Charset to (‘DB_CHARTSET’,’utf8)) My Database Collate type was already (‘DB_COLLATE’,”)
I went back to editing my email with success until I tried to add in a picture. That same error message popped back up. When I remove the added photo, the message goes away.
Since I’m not a premium member, I don’t have a way to contact Mail Poet via email so I am just replying again to this forum.
