@shandonc we just removed SG plugins. Everything has been working perfectly since then. What @pdosev posted about multiple logins was not the case for us. Our developer deleted the plugin for us, so if you’re not sure how to even get in to deleted the SG plug, let me know and I can ask my dev and share his steps.

We were able to resolve this last night. It’s all good now. Thank you for your help.

Hi Pavel, it’s not likely that it’s caused failed attempts. The issue is that I am just not able to get into our WordPress site anymore.

Hi Dimitar, thank you for your reply. Is your suggestion the solution even though I was/am NOT using custom login?
