I think I detect a little frustration with my patients? haha After the hour phone communications yesterday and waiting on hold, this is the first response I received of the like.

Not really complaining; I’ve been with them for years, and this I think is only the second time I’ve encountered issues (on their end). I’m like, “I employ your services because I don’t want the security responsibility or the extra cost for an ISP static IP. Not because I don’t know a little about what I’m doing.”

I did what she said… “get professional help”. Hahaha Thanks!
