I should have added the detail that is works fine when emulating on desktop. I get this issue on a Galaxy S20+ (I also see the issue on Guttenslider site)
I have installed version 4.0.4 and can now turn the dots off which is great as it get round the giant dot issue.
As an fyi when dots are on I still get large dots on on Chrome using an a Galaxy s20+ (fine on desktop chrome using dev tools to view mobile). Also it might be useful for you to know that changing the dot size has no impact on the Galaxy s20 (but does change on desktop chrome and dev tools mobile view).
