Anyway there was no “CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION” in my wpdm-core.php. But the problem didn’t appear anymore.
+ On the bottom of a new download file site there is the following text:
Warning: curl_setopt_array(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when an open_basedir is set in /www/xxxxxxxxx/premium-bewerbungen.de/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 409
