No joy. I do know that I live in what is a ‘split district’ that is to say, without zip +4 I sometimes bring up the wrong rep for me on some services. On a bet I tried my old address and got the same result.

I turned off ajax forms, saved & reloaded the page. I entered the form values & submitted, same result – form just disappears. The API key appears correct.
I tried creating a test page but I’m at a loss how to do what you’re asking. The admin page changes are global, not page specific.
Thanks for the suggestions, very much appreciated. I’ll have to try some tinkering and see if I can narrow down what might be causing it.
